I checked online before heading over and it said the item was in stock, so I figured, great, easy trip. Then I get to the store and of course it’s out again. i was fine at first, but after this happening more than once, it’s frustrating

I like shopping here because they usually have, uh, a solid mix of flower, vapes, and edibles to choose from. It’s not just the same few options every time, so it’s easy to find something I actually want.

I’ve ordered from Rise a few times now, and the discounts are the big reason I keep coming back to check the site. There’s usually some kind of promo or rewards thing going on, which helps a lot since everything feels overpriced lately. Not every sale is amazing, but I’ve definitely saved a decent amount when I catch the right deal.

The site itself is easy to use, so that part’s been smooth. I will say I’m not exactly eager to deal with customer service if something goes wrong, just because I don’t fully trust support teams to make things easy. But for the promos and prices alone, I’d still give them a solid rating

Stopped by the RISE store after looking on risecannabis. It was fine. Not awful. Just not super clean either. Floors looked like they needed a quick sweep. Counter had some smudges too. Nothing gross. Just a little messy for this kind of shop. Staff was nice enough. Visit went okay. But yeah, cleanliness could be better. 3 stars from me. Usable, just not as tidy as I expected.

I don’t know, I keep looking at the price and it still feels kind of high for what you’re getting. It’s not necessarily bad, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth that much

I liked that Rise gave me a few payment options right away and made everything clear at checkout. I hate when you get all the way to the end and suddenly feel trapped because you’re not sure what they accept or if you have to start over. This was quick, my order went through without any hassle, and pickup was smooth too. it just made the whole process way less annoying...

I use Rise regularly, and overall I’d say it’s okay for what it is. The rewards are decent, and my points usually show up without any issues, but it does feel like it takes a long time before you can redeem anything that actually feels worthwhile. I do wish the discounts were a bit stronger because right now the value is just average. Not a bad program, but not something I’d call amazing either.
